![]() ![]() Once again he was annoyed and gave me back the credit card so I could use the tap to pay for the transaction and it worked fine! So then he stated, oh I must’ve had something typed wrong. ![]() While checking out they were all but arguing with me about our credit card and I said you must’ve entered something wrong and twice I told him to stop typing it in and just swipe it or let me tap it to pay. They woke us up early by calling the room (after only going to bed at 3am) to say that our credit card wasn’t working and I said thats strange but I’ll stop to see why when get up. When we were checking out they seemed annoyed that we even wanted to share our experience. My wife and I frequently travel and add in a spa day, these massages were the worst we ever experienced. Throughout the stay whenever interacting with staff we felt they were very short in their replies, grumpy or just annoyed if you had a question. Check-in was great and the lady was very helpful but that’s where it ended.
